When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email when your order is accepted. Prices are listed in USD unless noted and may change at any time. If we discover a pricing or stock error after you order, we'll contact you and either fulfill, cancel, or refund.

Payments are processed by Shopify. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping costs and timing are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that interferes with how it works for other people. We may suspend access if you do.

The Twenty4Eight name, marks, designs, photography, and writing are ours (or used with permission). You're welcome to share and link to our pages. Please don't copy our designs onto your own products.

Our products are apparel, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors and fit may vary slightly.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twenty4Eight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of our principal place of business unless required otherwise by local consumer law.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
