Refund Policy

Caregiving days are unpredictable. If something doesn't fit or doesn't feel right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

What's eligible

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging where possible.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email hello@twenty4eight.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (return for refund or exchange for a different size). We'll reply within two business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping for size or preference returns. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in transit back to us.
