Twenty4Eight ("we," "us," "our") is a small apparel brand for caregivers. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to ship your order, answer your questions, and stay in touch when you ask us to. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number.
- Order details and payment confirmation (we don't store full card numbers — payments are processed securely by Shopify).
- Basic device and analytics data (browser, pages visited) to improve the site.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order, and handle returns or exchanges.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers we need to run the store — Shopify (commerce, payments, checkout), our shipping carriers, and our email tools. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working, measure site performance, and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (like checkout) may not work properly.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@twenty4eight.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CPRA — just ask.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
