Shipping Policy

We're a small operation, and we ship every order with care. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Standard: 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited: 2 business days after shipment (where available).
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country — these are not collected at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email hello@twenty4eight.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. If your package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's still lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
